Trying to sort out care and finances for my mother, but nothing has happened at all since she was in cottage hospital last December. No support.

Absolutely awful and not fit for purpose. There is no social care. They don't even do the assessments they are meant to do. They just do not care.

Absolutely horrific service. Called in an emergency, told records were lost and not accounted for. Lady on the phone was rude and confrontational. Left in a dangerous situation with no help, absolute waste of tax payer money.

Trying to get in touch for a friend to return no longer needed equipment which is big and bulky and taking up space in a small flat. Getting automated message to use the website, can't find anything suitable for the problem. Surely it wouldn't cost that much more to answer the phone or ask for volunteers.
