    I have found them very difficult to contact - someone else booked me an appointment which I tried to change, but it seems to be impossible to contact them to change or cancel an appointment!!

    Absolutely unhelpful and racist manager I went there about two weeks ago about discrimination some one done towards me and they said we can help but ,when the manager comes up ohhhh we can't help and I understood its from manager as she doesn't like refugee . I can see and feel she is racist honestly. Even staff they were laughing in my accent when I was explaining my situation. Shame on you manager and staff citizens advice norwich
