Came here to top up with water and get the waste tank pumped. Waited over an hour before we were told (after chasing them) to drive round to the workshop as they were short staffed, as we got there their staff went on break. We asked for a partial refund at the front desk and were flat out refused by a very rude manager. We then spoke to the friendly people at the workshop who immediately helped us out. It’s a shame as this was our first experience of the Norfolk broads, a very disappointing experience and very stressful. Avoid.
