Free music therapy, runs on donations as far as I know. You can self refer. Connect through music without any need to be anything or any level, it's mainly about the nonjudgmental environment and connecting without the need for audible speech. It can be very freeing for people that cannot or do not use speech to communicate! They have been treating and helping people since the 60s. There are videos of the early days when they mainly saw children with Autism and Down Syndrome, now it has developed and expanded, they treat many people of all ages with many health conditions including mental health conditions. I have been her for sessions and it really helped me feel more confident about life.
