Excellent process from start to finish. Easy to order via the website, great follow up Comms via phone and email with delivery organised quickly. The installation team arrived at the pre-arranged time and installed our shed in about an hour. The team were polite, efficient, friendly and did a great job. There isn’t an option for workshop but here goes. Delivery and install guys arrived 6:45am and a little over 2 hours later it was finished. My 12’x24’ workshop was up and ready to go. Great team great work and I highly recommend this company. I was quoted nearly £1000 more for a smaller workshop that has 2”x1” framing and 11mm shiplap. I get 3”x2” framing 19mm shiplap and almost an inch thick floor. Couldn’t be happier. Steve was also very patient with me and took my drawings and was only too happy to help even informed me the week before it would be arriving. Really happy. We were in the process of searching for a new shed and we spent a a few weeks researching on the Web. After noting that the quality of some of the ones advertised made me realise that you get what you pay for. I decided to call Nordic and spoke to Steve who was very knowledgable about his products. I popped in to look at my options and he took me round the workshop to let me see the quality of the wood and the process of making them. No hesitations I ordered my 12x8 deluxe building. Delivery and installation was all included in the price. Communications with Steve through the 8 weeks timescale were great. On the day of delivery 07.10am the fitting team arrived at our premises and they were very helpful and polite and professional in every way possible. To say we are over the moon with our garden building is an understatement. If you are after a new garden building then what are you waiting for. Thank you Nordic Timber Buildings.
