Very polite friendly service and a real pleasure to shop here, the downfall is the space trying to get around the shop is so small and there is very little room for people who are using the post-office services to queue up as you are forever moving out of the way from other shopper's.

I don't like this post office. since there is a new employee there, he always pushes me a higher shipment. He works there as punishment. Today again I paid more instead of £1.15 I paid £1.85. Do they do it specifically? Is it just my opinion?

Great service, very friendly. Young man at the desk is very helpful and always very pleasant. I often have to send parcels and as I’m dyslexic he makes sure all is done correctly for me and no mistakes.

I have been going to this post office for over 20 years, the old couple who ran it gave amazing service but it was run down and tired. When they retired it was refurbished and taken over by another family, amazing, friendly and quick. Now the current owner has made it a dump, only one person working, a grumpy young man. When the owner does serve he chats on the phone with his earpiece in as he serves you. No concentration and exceptionally rude ! Best avoided, use Tilehurst instead.

If i could give a 0 star I would!!!! Absolutely dreadful customer service! Extremely rude staff! They made the mistake of sending out our post to the return address not the sender address then tried to blame us for their mistake! Didn’t want to give us a refund even after speaking to their manager! Eventually after proving the whole issue was their mistake and they had no choice but to give a refund but they then refused to send out the parcel and tried to charge x3 the price!! Cannot believe just how badly me and my partner were treated! We have a small business and will never return here again! You have lost a valuable customer!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!
