I got married during Covid and it was very stressful. However Vish gave me a very good experience and made sure my dress was made on time and altered. He was very professional and found out I was stressed over another dress from another store he even offered to alter that for me!! Which was very kind of him

Noor Bridal was the first bridal shop that I went to to sort my dress out. Vish and other staff members were very friendly and kind, they had great customer service. From choosing my dress, them giving their opinions as well as my own my dress came out perfect. From the size, design, colour, everything was perfect. It was ready before it’s collection time and they were able to make necessary adjustments to it. Overall, I had a very good bridal experience here. If you do decide to get your wedding dress, ask for Vish!

Petty upset at the customer service. Order a bridal dress which wasn’t the right colour and the shopkeeper rushed us to take it off and while we’re still having a look to see if it’s right.. rudely behind our backs shouts “cash/card?” What happened to customer service? Made us very upset. And it’s heartbreaking when you know you haven’t got the “perfect” dress for a wedding. Besides that they were friendly and inviting at the start, but upon collection… not happy.

This was a lovely shop and we enjoyed our experience. My sister in law bought here wedding lengha from here and it was a beautiful piece. VISH who dealt.with us had really good customer service skills and was so polite. He gave us dates for when the lengha would arrive and it arrived within the timeframe he said. He booked us in for the fitting and the whole experience was really good. We would definitely reccomend Noor Bridal and if you do go here ask for Vish 😊

Super impressed with noor bridals. My order was done one month before the given date. I called to ask for an update and was told it's ready for collection the next day. The fitting was perfect no need for any alterations. A big thanks to Vish who made the experience of ordering my bridal dress amazing. I would definitely recommend noor bridals to every bride!!

AVOID!! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses for my daughters and they came out completely different. Colour was off, they added extra work which made the clothes look tacky and the work was all disproportionate meaning everyone looked big/short/wide/small etc! They did not allow us to see the sample piece we initially saw, as they know that that the one we received did not match at all. Paying thousands of pounds for cheap clothing which does not even fit properly is disappointing. It is quite sad that my daughters are heavily upset as they 1) do not feel comfortable wearing an odd colour and 2) the clothes are disproportionate (MAKE SURE THEY MEASURE EVERY INCH OF YOU - AND DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT EVERYTHING). They proposed a specific date to collect and we had booked an appointment but when we turned up the clothes were not ready and were only delivered 6 weeks later: the wedding was in 1 week. We could not complete any alterations because of the delay! We felt and looked ridiculous and were left empty pocketed by such money hungry people with no class or empathy. Do not trust the indian man/tailor, he will promise you the world and let you down. He is very defensive when replying to any concerns and quick to answer back without allowing you any time to even feel your anger. This man deserves to lose his job, this shop and work anywhere but customer service as he is simply put: rubbish at his job. I will be making an official complaint to an ombudsman as it seems that it is not too not me who has experienced this, but several other brides and bridesmaids. I hope that this helps boost a change or change the owners as the current ones are atrociously bad! I cannot express my frustration enough and do not want anyone else to experience this also.

I brought my bridal outfit and night before outfit . Every one was so helpful and friendly they made it fit like a glove. My mum and sister brought outfits from here too , they made everything a wonderful experience. The best we had on soho road and believe me we spent many days and hours there . I would give it 10 stars if I could , thank you all so much . Sonia
