I have revisited this shop after 5 years. I can confirm that they maintain a consistent taste for their handmade noodles. For 10.8 GBP (I add another extra portion of noodles), you can leave with a happy smile and a full stomach. Watching the chef make and bash the noodles on the spot is delightful.

Let's start out with saying that this place was amazing the staff was great, and food utterly delicious. It was probably the best meal we have had so far this trip. Only bad thing is they are cash only. I had to take one star off for being cash only. We got a #2 and #10 both were delicious. The meat was tender the hand pulled noodles perfectly cooked. And the chef made the noodles right there! It was so cool to watch. Parking: No lot and hard to find street parking day time hours. Seems like parking restrictions ends around 6:30pm

Amazing food here! Had a huge bowl of Braised Beef Noodles plenty of noodles in a lovely broth and the beef just melted in your mouth. The chef is continuously hand pulling the noodles from fresh in the background while you eat, great to see. Well worth a visit. Be careful if you're adding a bit of spicy stuff using the ladle on the counter, a little goes a long way 😅
