Manager informed me no payment was taken from my card - I did protest but they were ademenant they needed payment again so charged me a second time, found two payments were taken. Company ignores a Customers statutory rights and refuses refunds/credit/additional order infact they where rude about this and refuses to discuss - absolutely disgusting and left feeling like they purposely stole. I will now avoid this place as they have no disreguard for customers. ....... To the mangers update I am very dissopointed you would lie - the pointedly informed me she would do nothing fron the managers instruction - not even a meal. When I asked why you could not provide me with a meal I technically paid for she shrugged and said she is not the manger and was only following orders. The outright lie here is disgusting and only proves you look out for yourself. Yes I have been a loyal customer and I would have assumed that earnt me respect not complete disregard for the situation, I came in very calm willing to shrug the situation off in exchange for the duplicate meal I ordered - not be told you wont help and to contact my bank. I have also remained a loyal customer despite multiple wrong orders and witnessing shouting matches between ex staff and management. I did state originally I was sure I had paid and even said if your sure I hadn't maybe I just waved my card around as I was positive this was taken out to pay. The transactions were at different times showing this was not an error from the bank. I told your staff I would contact the bank and leave a review, as proven it is the only management would discuss.

Disappointed but not horrible. Went for lunch with a co-worker and we both got Pho. The women we ordered with was very friendly and helpfully in ordering for our first visit. The prices were affordable across the board but it came at the price of blan food. We both loaded our Pho with sauces and felt it was pretty basic. Would be interested to try a curry or rice dish there. Would take it to go next time as it was a bit cold inside and the smell of the onion/spices fro the kitchen left our eyes burning a bit.

This is the sister restaurant to Milk No Sugar with some teething problems. The food is absolutely wonderful, the broth is tasty and feels really wholesome and I love the variety of toppings. I don't know how the review below me managed to spend £40 per person! The pho costs between £5 and £8 for a bowl so that seems unlikely. I think it's great value for money. They have been getting started and obviously training up new staff so I hope once that's all settled they'll be even better.

The food looked great but watch out if you're going for lunch, service was really slow so I had to go back to work hungry and will be tasting it when I get home this evening. I understand they're short staffed but a warning beforehand would have been nice.
