Really good company. I bought 6 heavy duty wall panels and 2 were damaged. After I emailed photos, they immediately sent 2 replacements. Quick delivery as well.

After placing the order in good enough timing for when I needed it. The email stated the next step would for the company to update me. This didn’t happen and I had to contact them, I was told it would be Monday then it was a Tuesday. Perfect I thought. Arranged for people to be there in the morning as I was told it was. AM drop. It never arrived and no one called to let us know it wouldn’t be delivered. We called and emailed to be told at late afternoon it wasn’t coming and would be delivered first thing 7am and it has only turned up 8.45. Whilst I appreciate times are hard for business, it’s hard for small business like myself , I had staff members waiting for it yesterday to fit the sound prod board.communication is key. The product maybe good, and staff are friendly. But communication is so important and maybe look to change delivery people.

Extremely expensive product advertising airborne noise reduction of up to 49 dbs and has barely made any difference. Spent nearly £900 on underlay for it to make barely any difference. They also sent the wrong strips with the underlay which cost us a day in wasted labour as the carpet guys couldn’t fit it properly. The carpet we had fitted has made more of a difference than this underlay. AVOID

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about products but the actual products are a waste of money. Purchase 15sqm of the noisestop f7 for floor proofing / some perimeter strips, it has made zero difference considering the pricing which was £470 You would hope some improvement for a premium product. Also, the delivery company they used delivers In pallets which means at best it will be left on a kerb, if you live in an apartment block be prepared for some heavy lifting.
