John is a wonderfully supportive, knowledgable, approachable and kind guy. He's amongst the only people I trust with my Guitar. He has levelled action, restrung, cleaned up, fitted electronics, fixed a cracked neck, ordered shipments of strings in for me, and best of all is in no way snobby or salesperson-like. If you want anything Guitar-based in Coventry & Warwickshire, go to Noiseworks!

Great little shop, John knows absolutely everything there is to know about guitars. Great selection of gear, amps and accessories at good prices. A "real" guitar shop where you can actually walk in an try a guitar rather than buying on line (although he does online sales as well!) just how it should be. John is the main man for repairs, major or minor... see what I did there😁

I haven’t lived in Coventry for more than 10 year but I still take my guitars to Noiseworks if I have a problem. I had a guitar with a few little niggles so took it to John. It came back better than I could have imagined, it was such an improvement! And you couldn’t find a nicer guy than John.
