What an amazing dental surgery, I have only been a patient a few months but the quality of service and patient care is of such a high standard. From the wonderful young lady on reception who is always at the top of her patient care to the dental team who I have just experienced demonstrating excellent team work, professional ability and patient care. A lady has mention here exactly what happened to me today, I went up there to try make an emergency appointment as I really need to be seen, only to be told that I am not a patient anymore as I had missed 2 appointments one of them when I had covid back in 2021 and I did call them and most definitely the person talking to me did not make any note. So now because of the receptionist fault I have now to look for another practice. Disgraceful. Have asked for an email to make a complaint and was given the practice email I can almost bet that they will just ignore it as they will not hold themselves accountable. Do not recommend this practice to anyone as they will just ditch you easily like that.

Absolutely awful experience called up to book a routine check only to be told very abruptly by the receptionist that i had been kicked off the books for not attending an appointment. This was an appointment that was made and i had covid and did make them aware but obviously got missed. Had no notification to make me aware this was happening or even aware of this poilcy if you don't attend an appointment i was told to e mail the manager but had no response.

Called to make an appointment, and was told that I had 2 failed to attend dental appointments. 1 of which was cancelled due to a global pandemic. 2nd appointment I never made. Was advised by the extremely helpful lady who answered the phone that I could email surgery manager, but recent experiences with surgery management is that the email probably isn't even read never have I ever heard anything back.

I have been a paying customer for around 6 years, a nurse who served through Covid I had a breakdown and am now medically retiredby the NHS. ON MY LAST VISIT I OFFERED PROOF OF BENIFITS. I was told by the practice manager I did not need to show proof,however a very rude receptionist wanted to see proof on 18th I explained I did not have any at which point she asked Why in a hostile manner this upset me a lot as she was very argumentative and I responded poorly for which I whole hearted apologised. I was not abusive I did not raise my voice but today I found our I have been struck off. Do not waste your time with this company who are mo ey driven as it seems very strange that as I no longer pay for my dental treatment I am not welcome. Today I visited the practice to speak with the practice manager who refused to see me and as yet has not responded to an e-mail sent yesterday when I got home or an e-mail in the light of banning me from being seen. Not the sort of caring practice I thought

I have been kicked off books and had find another dentist way out area as no local ones are taking nhs patients all because i had cancel apts few times due to me being under mental health team and having several crisis which could not be helped i emailed to explain no response my son has special needs and now the travelling and another setting is going be distressing but wat can i do. ? shame as dentist nice but receptionist and manager i feel very unfair and inhumame dentmanager extremelly rude !! Avoid !!
