Walking distance from Gloucester St and nearby hotels, Nocturne is the perfect place for speakeasy vibes. Craft cocktails with top quality liquors and ingredients, there's something fun to sip on for any palate including a list of mocktails. The bartenders were so friendly and great with suggesting something fun like "Lychee Gone In Smoke" that was served smoking and visually exciting to watch. The other drinks we enjoyed trying included the Cloud Over Mexico, Gringos Margarita and the Banana Old Fashion. We ordered the Old Brompton Platter which was delicious and perfect for snacking. The vintage decor and prohibition pictures hanging up on the walls with the game table in the back really enhanced the feelings of bringing us back to a historic place in time. Lounge chairs and comfy sofas with dim lighting. Pietro and Marco showed us kind hospitality and were friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Brilliant little spot for cosy after dinner drinks. We reserved the semi private area at the back & it’s perfect for birthday celebrations or get togethers with friends for up to 25 people or so. No minimum spend, friendly table service and lots of comfortable sofas and armchairs providing a relaxed atmosphere.

Impressive cocktails. In a basement. Nice staff. Not a great clientele. Not quiet. I wouldn’t come back again.
