I had really high expectations for this hotel. I was disappointed by the room size and bathroom, it was like I was staying at holiday inn/Hilton hotel. Very mediocre in style. The entrance is magnificent for sure but the rooms just very basic. I checked in and staff were pleasant, I could hear the reception staff next to me offer a complimentary upgrade to the guest next to me checking-in to the next room level and we got nothing. When we went to the bar I was billed for 2 items twice, I was not sure why or how they would’ve done that. I had to tell them and I was given a look of disgust, he then proceeded to walk off and it was corrected but the stance was just awful. The spa facilities (locker rooms) were tiny, you could just about get past one another. There was no area to relax in after the treatment. They then changed me twice again which I’m trying to rectify with the hotel. I am still waiting for my final invoice so I could see what I have been billed for. So overall my experience was just awful. I Would never go there and not recommend it either.

It was a good stay in May 2022. The location is amazing and very central. Prices a little too high for the room sizes. We did find a stain on the floor and told the reception about - but not much was done apart from them telling us they will clean it. Wanted to rebook with them in May 2023, and on the call with the reservation team we were told we can get a 10 pound reduction in price per night as we have stayed before. We chose to stay somewhere else. All in all, 8/10.

One of the best experiences. The rooms are lovely and the hotel has an amazing vibe to it. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. My friends and I have stayed here many times in the last few months as it is the perfect location, very close to everything (clubs bars etc) I Want to say a special shout out to Ruta as she is always making check in exceptionally smooth. And any requirements she is the first to amend! Gina, Gema, Marta, Eliza and my boy Keenan are an essential part of the Nobu team! Only thing is there is no sushi on the night room service menu! But apart from that amazing food! Will always be coming back.
