Plain and simple, ripped us off!! Held a deposit for 2 years, then accepted final payment. Then canceled tour and refuse to make good on a full refund. They are deceptive and should not be trusted.

I haven't been on a cruise. However, my parents enjoyed a cruise around the islands of Scotland and had a fabulous time. They commented on the care and attention they received throughout; one of their best cruises ever. They were accompanied by many people who have travelled extensively so they enjoyed sharing their experiences. Finally, it was Father's Day whilst they were onboard so I called Noble Cruises office. I spoke to Neil on the customer services team about the idea of buying a bottle of champagne for the special day. Neil emailed the ship and received a message that it could be arranged. Neil called me back and I purchased a bottle of champagne and arranged for a note to accompany the gift. All was delivered on the day and the card beautifully written. It is the small things that make a big difference. Thank you Neil for making this happen. My dad will be talking about this for years to come. Very special!

Complete disregard of the environment. The ship destroyed over 1,600 m of coral reefs in Raja Ampat. Then they left like nothing ever happened. Utterly shameless.
