Delivery took a lot longer than stated. Damaged table tops received. Was advised I'd receive replacements, this was aug 2020. It is now Feb 2021 no sign of them. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered two table tops a couple of months apart. Products themselves are very good however that’s where it ends. They quote 3-4 weeks delivery, first table top 5 weeks delivery time with 2 different delivery dates, second table top again 5 weeks delivery time with 3 rescheduled delivery dates. But worst of all last table top dining table sized was delivered on a pallet and left blocking pavement. My wife asked delivery driver to help her lift it in as it was raining heavily and he refused. She even had to ask him to remove pallet debris from main road. That is your last Nobis furniture, when phoned to complain, courier blamed but the contract is with Nobis. Amateur servicr

I ordered a brushed aluminium table pedestal. It arrived in a timely fashion and of high quality. I was able to fix it to my existing table top. Although not difficult, you would need a selection of DIY tools. (Spanners and Screwdrivers)

Not the cheapest or smoothest experience, and a few hidden costs added at time of ordering, but I eventually received the high quality sturdy table I was hoping for, well made from quality materials. The customer service was a little disappointing at times and they didn't send a dispatch email - after 5 weeks, the table just turned up randomly so it was fortunate I was there to receive it. Worth it overall though, given that the quality is better than I've seen in the high street. Recommended.

Postage was expensive £25 for a 6kg item and the courier just left the item by our side gate so I don’t know why the postage was so high because your not paying for weight and quality of service. no instructions on how to put the item together and one of the securing nuts was missing but other than that the item was ‘as described’
