Nobility Care Southampton These guys and gals are great. Really friendly, chatty and know their stuff. Dad looks forward to them coming in to support him, and we feel that he is safe with them. Dad passed in February 2023, when I called Nobilis to let them know they were wonderful, they were empathetic and let me take my time to compose myself. They also told me to let my mum know, not to be a stranger and if she needed a chat to pop into the office for a cuppa. I cannot say enough how amazing these people are, warm, friendly, funny and chatty, but above all you know your loved one will be safe as this care staff know their stuff (I should know um a carer myself).

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT! In such a competitive market when first impressions and recommendations really do count your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Shouting at possibly potential clients for parking in the wrong area is NOT good practice. I hope you treat your clients better.

I would not recommend Nobilis Care, Beaconsfield. I applied to receive care in my home and for 6 weeks I was treated like a nuiisance. There was a lack of communication, compassion, kindness, firendliness about the staff. During the 6 weeks I constantly asked for updates regarding arrangemets but none were given. I didnt see a care plan despite my constant requests for one Eventually, on the day before my care was to begin I still had not received any details of arangements made or a copy of the care plan. Every time I phoned I was given a range of excuses, all in meetings,out of the office etc. and in the end I thought this is not a good start and decided to look elsewhere for a caring and reliable service.
