    Shocking care and concern for the public who pay for this service. I've had to go private as the receptionist decides if you're sick enough to speak to a doctor or not. Shame I'm forced to pay for a service I no longer have any respect for!

    ive been with this surgery for 23 years! never had a problem with them. often busy if you call in the morning but if you call around 9.30 you can normally get through, then the gp calls you back or you get to see them always on the same day. never had to wait 2 weeks or anything like that. receptionists are nice and if you post a letter in they always call you back.

    Friendly and helpful receptionists, very efficient with routine matters. Dr Sharma is one of the best GPs I've had - very thorough and helpful, and sends useful follow-up information. The whole practice is particularly good at ensuring anything to do with children is sorted very quickly. My only issue would be it can be hard to get through on the phone, but I think that's par for the course!

    Been with this Surgery for 5 years or so. Really bad, can’t ever get an appointment, can’t ever get hold of reception and have in the passes for an appointment but they booked it for someone else with a similar name. All in all, I cannot give a positive in any aspect other than to say thankfully I don’t have much reason to need them often

    Terrible GP surgery. Rude and uncaring staff. Can’t get appointments. GP’s don’t want to see patients. Everything is too much hassle for them. If I could give this surgery a 0 rating I would! APPALLING!

    If I could do 0 I would, worst surgery ever don’t join in there , there is lack of knowledge and such a rudeness so unbelievable. Patient of theirs that I know had a breakdown and a receptionist said she don’t wanna hear it wow ! Oh my days,also they don’t book appointments properly patients don’t receive call back at all and only book with hub .Receptionist called Angela in there should not be working there so rude , lack of knowledge and sympathy , I literally can’t believe it , I’ve never left a bad review for nobody , but this is beyond , they need training of system one and customer service. Hopefully all off these staff in this surgery start having some care, This surgery should be investigated and be under control and there is lack of respect!

    Just having painful ear infection, some incompetent receptionist booked me for phone appointment rather then face to face! When doctor called booked me for an appointment at Venge surgery as that was first available same evening, when I arrived to Venge it was closed! This morning I called to say I need an appointment, and I was messed around last evening, same incompetent receptionist stated it was my fault as the surgery was calling me and I missed the call and it wasn’t an appointment they booked me for, but next phone consultation! What a lot of rubbish, now instead of booking me for face to face appointment she booked next phone consultation! Joke! Absolutely useless! Noak bridge, change recording from ‘highly qualified receptionist’ to ‘useless and incompetent receptionist’ that you have! I can not believe that I’m being refused the visit and I’m being messed around by NHS with some fake appointments, instead of provided with help!
