Leather repair guy Luke is very nice. However took my money up front, kept me waiting 3 weeks and I had to turn up at the shop to get him to finish the repairs on my bag. Even then he didn’t replace the studs I’d paid for. Couldn’t be bothered to take it back again but if you use him be more assertive than I was!
