Our group missed this escape room because the directions were unclear. The listed business address isn't where the escape room is, there's a different address in the email, but the escape room isn't at that address either (it's a private apartment complex!), it's supposedly somewhere around the corner. We spent forever looking around and couldn't find any signage, and they wouldn't give us a refund.

Wish I read the reviews for this place earlier. Just did the prisoner escape room and it's genuinely the worst escape room I've ever done and I've done around 25. None of the puzzles make sense, almost all the mechanisms in the room are broken, and it's also genuinely dangerous for some of the things they want you to do. The live actor we had gave up quickly and started throwing game pieces around because mechanisms were not working (not even a clue for the puzzles) and literally left the door open when he would enter and leave the escape room (again non-sensical actions when you're meant to be trapped). Would not recommend to anyone.
