Had my hair done, the bottom has a green tinge to it on the brown section they added and the highlights have gone yellow and my roots don’t look nice as when I’ve had them done before at others hairdressers. although they offered to then correct the situation I declined after as my hair is completely not even close what I asked for and dread them making it even worse. After this i then found that a few girls I know have had a bad experience there with it the blonde been more orange. I asked for a refund and they declined.
