DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sold me a Dobro for way over what it was worth, it also had a a dodgy pickup that would constantly feedback. They also ripped me off with a trade in for a Telecaster. I have since talked with many people in the business who all say the same thing. They are notorious for overpricing, and dishonest appraisals! DO NOT SHOP HERE. BE WARNED!!!

Owner is a nasty piece of work, I don’t remember the last time I left a place so baffled about the lack of basic customer service / manners let alone the last time if ever I’ve bothered to write a review to shed this kind of light on somewhere. No doubt that’s how he goes about regular customer interactions and I’m sure he’ll try and respond with another nonsense paragraph to justify his actions just like he has with all the other negative reviews here but honestly don’t even bother. Highly recommend going to literally any other shop nearby for your guitar needs, luckily there’s plenty to choose from! Absolute joke of a place

Just purchased a vintage guitar online from NoTom guitars… always a risk when buying unseen but couldn’t be happier with the service. Guitar received was exactly as described, and the service from Jacob was second to none. Do not hesitate to trust these guys, even if you can’t get into Denmark Street to see the inventory in person. Will be shopping with them again.

Was nice to visit but I didn’t feel very welcome in the store the staff seemed more happy talking to each other than to the customer Would have loved to have picked a new guitar up. Was really disappointed as I had so looked forward to visiting for months and it was a let down

I visited the store today with my partner who is a professional guitarist playing and teaching, he waiting patiently in line behind another customer to which he overheard the older man behind the desk about how late he was for his train and couldn’t care less for the customers questions. Gets to my partner with a huff and puff (you’re literally a grown past middle age man) “you look like you’re going to ask a question” practically rolling his eyes, bluntly said no to not having the product anyways and hopefully missed his train. Really unfortunate as my partner loves denmark street guitars and will never be giving any money to a man like that. Thanks oxoxox

Best guitar shop in london. Super cool guitars are on sale with great customer service. when I came in with broken guitar, they gave me advice on repairing and measured my guitar parts for free for reference. Will come back one day to buy the flying V mkII if its still available haha.
