The staff were all incredible and extremely helpful in assisting with all our requests. The rooms were cosy and the beds were super comfortable!     This hotel is interesting. It is in the perfect location between Baker Street, Marylebone High Street and close to Oxford Street. It is very nice, clean and quaint with really friendly service. The only strange part was that the lobby smells like cigarette smoke and there was a large vacuum cleaner stored outside of our room for 2 nights. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Despite all the good reviews my experience wasn't that great. Cigars were cut badly, the outdoor space is not what I expected, cocktails were bland and staff was not attentive and very slow. Definitely not going back again.
