Every window was covered couldn't see any outside area . Wanted to have a look at suites wasn't allowed asked about secure area for nervous dog . Showed roughly were it was on a screen but didn't actually see it . Couldn't see many assistants looking after dogs in a play area. Staff appeared very young. Just didn't feel right.

We love NMK and so does our cocker-cross-beagle, Jinx! She usually does daycare every Monday and it's done wonders for her socialisation skills with other dogs. We also put her in overnight boarding for the first time + it was so good that we could keep an eye on her on the CCTV and see all the pic updates on FB. She loves it here - there's no loyalty to us at all when she sees where she's headed for the day, she runs into NMK and doesn't look back.
