Lucy is a kind and professional clinician with a good chunk of experience behind her as a medical practitioner, she is easy to communicate with and transparent with her information. I've only visited Lucy once so far but I'd like to remain a client of her for future procedures (namely Botox) as her prices reflect the good quality of her work and she has good availability. Lucy's initial communication was excellent and she talked my through the options she was able to offer and upon booking, remained in contact as necessary until my booking date with forms or other necessary communications.
