I stayed here for the Coronation Weekend. Kelly & Andrew were very friendly & helpful at reception, and there’s a neat pub attached to the hostel. The hostel facilities could use an update (new paint, new bunks with curtains, bigger lockers …) and the Wi-Fi was a little spotty in my ground floor bedroom. However, very affordable accommodation for my lovely stay in London.

Inexistent customer service and very bad managment. My flight was cancelled and sent an email through their website informing them that i will arrive the day after. Once the manager told me my booking was cancelled and they didn't receive any email and that probably it went to the head office. Meanwhile i never received any email about the cancellation! Tried to book another room for the same date and told me that thwy won't do it and i have to do it again online. End of the story: robbed me the money of the stay and i have been left on the street. Very poor managment, vustomer service and manners.

It’s OK for the price. I had a private room costing about £32/night. The room was facing the street and was pretty noisy with the window open (heck, even with the window closed (it couldn’t close all the way)). There are two quite decent bathrooms per floor. It’s not a lot, but there was for the most part a bathroom available (if on another floor) when I needed one. Regarding the bathrooms, someone on my floor would leave drops urine on the toilet seat, making that toilet unusable until after the morning cleaning. If you need to check out before 9:30, you have to do it the night before no later than 23:00. After that, they let you back into the room, but you no longer have key.

(Translated by Google) It's one of the cheaper hostels, it's fine for a night or two. But in general the place is not the most pleasant, the mattresses are old and the lockers are small. The personnel is very friendly. It is a bit far away but the bus and subway stop is close. (Original) Es uno de los hostels más baratos, está bien por una noche o dos. Pero en general el lugar no es lo más agradable, los colchones son viejos y los lockers pequeños. El personal es muy amable. Queda un poco alejado pero la parada de bus y subte está cerca.
