Great place! I have now been to No 11 The Salon a few times myself and also with both my daughters (9 and 13 years old). We are all very happy with the service and the results. The online booking is very easy and the different options are perfect to suit everyone's needs. I find the prices good value for money and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice hair cut, uncomplicated and friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. My first visit today and James was great. Listened to what I was thinking about having done and then gave his honest feedback, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that he offered for me to come back if there was anything at all I wanted to change about my new cut for a free top up visit.
