We sub contracted for this company fitting VELFAC windows and doors on site at Beaumont Rise London N19. My lads are owed numerous unpaid invoices for work completed and signed off. As a result we have pulled off site and still continue to chase payment without success. My advice to any subcontractor is THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY WORK WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT! STAY WELL AWAY !!! We trusted them to fit our Velfac windows ( Velfac approved installers) and the whole experience has been terrible. They drilled into an Under floor heating pipe... voided the whole lifetime warranty, scratched & dented a window, tried to overcharge by £1000 and then to top it off take no responsibility and pretend nothing has happened. Who drills into the concrete screed when they know there is UFH, such a poor and unprofessional company. Truly awful experience and would highly recommend to stay well away.
