How do you ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and on time?

We take great care in preparing for each ceremony to ensure that it runs smoothly and on time. We arrive early to the venue to set up and do a run-through of the ceremony. We also work closely with the wedding planner, photographer, and other vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We have a backup plan in case of any unforeseen circumstances as well.

What is your fee, and what does it include?

Our fees vary depending on the type of ceremony, location, and other factors. We provide a personalized quote for each couple after our initial consultation. Our fee includes unlimited communication with the couple leading up to the wedding day, creation and delivery of the ceremony, and coordination with other vendors as needed. We also provide a keepsake copy of the ceremony script. Additional services, such as pre-marital counseling and rehearsal coordination, are available for an additional fee.

    I am so glad we used Nikki’s Will-Writing Service, for so many reasons; Nikki explained the process in detail and highlighted common pitfalls with clarity, but also pitched at a level where we could understand the legal process. Nikki took the time to listen to what we wanted to achieve with our Estate and advised when necessary so that we felt fully in control of the process, but with a guiding hand to ensure we didn’t inadvertently assume or misunderstand a critical detail. We discussed the leaving of legacy gifts to charity and what would happen if a beneficiary of our Wills died before us. Nikki has a very calming and confident approach to her Service which we found reassuring and welcoming, but there was always an opportunity for a bit of light-hearted humour to break up what can otherwise be a very dry and sobering subject! We had our meetings with Nikki via Zoom, but she is also very happy to travel to your home, should you prefer a face to face meeting. Nikki produced our draft Wills so that we could check them first and carefully clarified any small details which were in question so that we could all be sure of accuracy. The final documents were produced in a very timely manner and were presented beautifully. Nikki also added a very useful checklist of other things to bear in mind in the event of a death of a partner, things that you wouldn’t necessarily think of; such as recording details of where documents and records are kept, as well as social media account details – things that could cause acute distress and inconvenience to the surviving partner, if not in order. She also advised having a frank conversation with our chosen Executors to ensure they were happy to act in the future. All in all, we are indebted to Nikki for the truly excellent service she has provided. A valid Will is something we should all have in place (more especially now than ever as we continue to live through a Pandemic)! Nikki took all the stress and hassle out of a process we had been putting off.
