I will never buy from this company again terrible service i bought a pair of bates boots from niton they fell apart after 9 half months use sent around 8 photos to compay showing the defects they said they only offer a 6 month warranty on footware last time i checked all goods sold in the uk comes with 12 month guarantee 28 day money back or exchange after 28 days avoid this company i paid 127 quid for boots that didnt last a year stiching defective soals got holes in cheap tack sold at high price
