Came from far specifically for something, only to find that the staff are inside but have closed the doors and are not even willing to come to the door and tell us when they will open! Ok ye 12:29pm so during opening hours and there are a few of us standing. One guy was sent over from the Fulham store to here only to find they are closed! If they are short of staff they should at least come to the door and explain rather than be standing around watching us and ignoring us! Absoloutley unacceptable.
