My experience of Nisbets has been nothing short of excellent. Like many starting hospitality business owners, I started looking online at new equipment, then leasing, then prices pushed me to refurb and second hand equipment then to "other" providers and in the end, I walked into Nisbets and honestly, I wish I had right from the very start, it would've saved me so much effort. The staff happily walked me through the equipment, talked to me about benefits of what equipment I could buy immediately, lease or finance later and how I could move from one to the other as my business grows. They did great deals for me on everything and when I ended up with the bill to pay, it was no more than any of the "cheaper" options I'd found online with the added value of a high street retailer that I can go back to for any issues. The staff even helped me carry a few bits of the equipment to my car on the day as well and made sure I had contact details and 30day quote sheets for the things I couldn't decide on there and then for me to go away and mull it all over. EXCELLENT salesmanship. I didn't catch names (I should've done because they deserve recognition) but I am very grateful for all their help and advice and I look forward to coming to Nisbets for everything my business needs in future.
