Is this store out of cash? My old father went to the store with the invoice to return the product, and he actually made an old man wait at the door of the store until 4:00! Until the store closes! And keep blaming him! bully him! Never give him money back! The attitude of calling and complaining is also very bad! I hope you all go to him carefully to buy things! The Reading Branch has absolutely appalling service! The manager Andy has no manners, does not allow you to speak and convey your problem. Extremely rude! I had to ask several times to allow me to speak. I will never be buying from Nisbets again because of the service received at this store. There are far better independent catering supply companies to get products from.
