i am a restaurant owner. Gas burner grill was not working in my restaurant so urgently need a grill. i decided to order from Nisbets. when i placed an order it showed next day delivery but after order confirmation they sent me email that item is out of stock so i have to wait until next week. i was not happy with that but i decided to wait for 1 week. after one week i called them again because i did not received the item and they told to wait for another week. like that i waited for over 3 weeks. they never send me the status of my delivery unless i call them. at last i could not trust them anymore and ask for refund and waited another 1 week to get my money back. i made about 10 phone calls and my £4750 was freeze for 4 weeks. after get refunded i order from another supplier and get the items in 3 days with no delay and live tracking information of my delivery.
