Poor service, wrong items delivered and after endless follow up we still did not get the correct items to open the restaurant. We had to change the resturant launch date twice resulting into revenue loss. Leicester branch is horrible, being a key account is a Joke. There is zero co-ordination Between the branch, head office , store. Order at your own risk , if items are not important. I will not recommend to anyone.

2022-Sept update: Drove there at 8 am on Friday, they were still closed. There was incorrect opening time for Friday on Google, so I corrected now. Very friendly staff. The lad with broken leg helped me to find the disposable & compostable coffee cups.

Disinterested and rude staff seemingly not bothered to make any effort to sell their products. I asked for a particular item and the young woman responded 'Aisle 3' and walked off with no indication where that aisle might be. The aisles were not numbered. Asked the guy at the counter if they had any more items of the product I was looking for and he replied (without looking up from his phone) that they only had what was on the shelf. I walked out of the store leaving behind a basket full of stuff I was going to buy and decided to spend my money elsewhere. Would advise others to do the same.
