Absolutely shocking service.... have bought 2 fridges now (or should I say tried) Ordered the first fridge confirmed over the telephone it was in stock and would be delivered to site by 10/09, within 2 hours get an order update which said it wouldn't be available until Mid-October. Cancelled order and ordered a more expensive fridge again confirmed it was in stock and would be delivered to site 10/09... 2 weeks I have been getting the run around to finally be told today the fridge is out of stock and won't be available until end of Novemeber. The girl on the phone was every apologetic that we hadn't had any update or anything but nothing they could do which has left us in a really tough position. Nisbets are RUBBISH ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
