I had my deep helix pierced by Kim 2 weeks ago. Kim was sooo lovely and managed to squeeze me in for my appointment after a mix up with the booking system. Although she created an extra appointment for me she absolutely did not rush at all and still gave me the most relaxed and comfortable piercing experience I’ve ever had! It wasn’t sore at all and it’s healing really well, definitely better than any other piercing I’ve had. Also the jewellery range is massive!! Would not go anywhere else now for a piercing and so glad I’ve found this lil place as I want more! Thank you all! :) Service: Ear piercing

Went in a little nervous as I had wanted a helix piercing for a while and wasn't sure how painful it would be. Was put at ease and reassured everything would be totally fine. The Ladies made me feel so comfortable and were very attentive and Kim explained everything to me step by step, Kim was amazing! And very caring and was also great at making sure I was comfortable with the aftercare procedure. Excellent experience - all the staff were lovely and helpful, John in particular. Very pleasant, gave useful advice and did exactly what I needed. Shop has an amazing selection of jewellery and very clean and organised, which is always reassuring in a studio. Will definitely use again
