    I have to say this company went the full 9 yards for us, after not receiving our package I contacted them and had a reply to say Royal Mail may of lost our package, I admit I was a bit on the defensive as we have all heard those excuses.They gave me the tracking number and it appeared they were correct. And that's on me to apologise My order was 20 boxes of a certain tea that I drink and it's basically the only hot drink I have along with water. They then said they only had a remaining 6 in stock, so I requested they send them to me. I had an email then to say they had reordered stock and I would recieve my package asap. I have just opened the package and I am both relieved and delighted. Thank you Nirvana

    Made an order last week on tuesday. My order was shipped within 3 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately on friday i recieved a credit memo without any information. When i called up, guy over the phone said that there was a pricing issue on the website, and what i had paid was less than half of what the actual price of the product was. My issue with this is making we wait 3 days to find out theres a problem with the website, had i been told on the same day i made my order, my review would have been positive. Poor lack of communication and poor organisation.

    The website is not updated. 2 days after cancelling my order the website still says the products are in stock - hopeless! And nothing to do with the Covid-19 situation which they tried to blame. It takes 10 seconds to change status on website! So stupid, more work and wasted time for everyone!!
