I would not recommend this company. Unfortunately I only discovered the poor quality of Nip and Tuck's work a few years down the line when the Chesterfield they re-upholstered and re-covered for me started showing unusual wear on the seat. This is because (as the new, upholsterer who knows what he is talking about) when opened up he discovered that they had not replaced any of the internal springs or webbing but put the old stuff back and had not even tied the old springs that they put back in down so they have moved. This is why the seat has become very uncomfortable and the fabric has split due to the movement. It may have looked nice initially from the outside but the poor quality inside means that it needs re-doing again.

Nip and Tuck reupholstered and recovered some dining room chairs for me 2 years ago. Almost immediately, the chair seats began to fall apart. I have spent the better part of two years being lied to by Gary and Cris at Nip and Tuck. The bottom line is that they don't stand by their work and, despite having seen extensive photographs of the shoddy work, won't speak to me about what can be done. All I ever wanted was a fair solution to the problem. For the last 6 months, they won't answer my calls nor return them. This company should be avoided at all costs.
