Went here for first time yesterday. Was really fun and both my kids and I enjoyed alike. It’s clean and well-maintained. I think one hour is fine for first time you go; 2 hours was a bit tiring without a break. You need to buy their hygiene socks for inflatable area and their gloves help only if you are doing the monkey bars type course. If going in a weekend, book as early as possible as by 11.30, all the kids bday parties start and is busier. Great fun, give it a try!

Came on a Sunday afternoon for my daughter's birthday and the kids had loads of fun! Huge area with lots of different zones, plenty of seating options, the cafe had a selection of snacks and drinks and all the members of staff were friendly and helpful! Special mention to Lucy and Emily at reception for helping us settle to enjoy our party
