The “TRAVELING MAN”
Terrible place! Staff (mostly kids in school) which can be seen standing smoking outside or inside talking and not paying attention unless you are a girl in leggings (perv vibes) Dirty tables, slow service and awful toilets (hygiene) the place itself is considerably small Waste of a day out and money.

Long queue to check in as only one staff member on the front desk. To make matters worse there were four staff members stood idle and giggling amongst themselves whilst customers waited. As a result we almost missed our slot after waiting twenty minutes in the que!. No safety briefing given. The cafe is equally as ridiculous with long queues as you have to wait for 1kettle to boil in order to get a hot drink. This place needs a serious shake up of the disinterested and frankly incapable staff and management!

My daughter has been nagging us to take her for a long time so this morning we decided to go. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the whole area and the professionalism the staff had when greeting us and going through the health and safety procedures. We used to go to Supajump a lot in Cardiff but this place is a different level. It is fun for parents and children and I can’t wait to go back. Keep it up guys a great family experience was had this morning. Thanks Carl

Really fun here, I recommend bringing teens the most for the obstacles but there is an inflatable part at the back of the ninja warrior which is also really fun, just don't forget to bring your grippy socks. I didn't give 5 stars because it could be cheaper, such as a bottle of water being £1.30.

Went for a visit after school time. It was pretty empty, which made the experience even better as we almost had the place to ourselves. Staff are friendly and there is a nice café upstairs which I felt was reasonably price. I would recommend during quieter times for family fun. Kids love this place during the half terms but for me it's a little busy, so I leave the children to run wild whilst I enjoy a coffee and some food.

We went to the one in Swansea in Parc Tawe and it was amazing so we were chuffed to find one right on our doorstep. How wrong we could be this place is being run into the ground absolute nightmare. The place is filthy the lady on the counter was absolutely miserable awful customer service if you hate your job just quit! the other staff were friendly. The place is dangerous it wont be long before someone has a serious injury. Whoever runs this chain needs to have a serious look at this place!!!!
