Was not impressed with the quality of care to my dog first time leave our 2 year old dog alone for 4 days while we went on holiday I read the review they all seemed good but when we picked him up he had cuts to his paws he seemed to be really anxious n looked like he had not been feed when whe dropped his off he was a healthy size when wrpicked him up u could see his ribs which u coudlnt when we left him there and kennels seem cold n damp I will but not using these again
