Absolutely lovely childminders. The environment is very clean and homely and my daughter enjoys it very much. They do a range of activities that keep the children stimulating and they get to spend time outside in the gardens which my daughter really loves. The get a varied menu which means my daughter is more open to trying new foods at home and the staff are warm and friendly. Fedra and her team are amazing and I highly recommend nine elms to anyone.

I am so happy I ve found this happy place for my 2 kids. Fedra took good care of them and they are ALWAYS thrilled to go back. The team pay attention to each single kid and this is what I love. Warm and nurturing space to leave your most precious child. Fedra is loving and kind, they do great activities, teach them skills such as sitting during meals and tidying after play. They feed them very good home made food. Everything feels more like you are leaving the child with your parents, rather than a commercial business. They are also very flexible and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my child. I’m very grateful for Fedra and her team.

My wife and I were in London for a few weeks before the start of the pandemic from Guadalajara, Mexico. Fedra came highly recommended by a mutual friend. Our daughter didn’t want to go back to her nursery in our city and still speaks about her and her wonderful family! We loved Fedra, her family and her staff - they run a fully bilingual service and you can tell they really try to provide an excellent service. We were impressed with the high levels of professionalism and we’ll be sure to go to Fedra again when we are able to go back to London.

We spent a long time exploring childcare options for our daughter. After a number of nursery visits, deliberations and research we decided that (in spite 40 minute travel time from our home) Fedra, Efrain and the Nine Elms Childminding team was right for us. Hindsight has proved this was a great decision! Our daughter is bilingual (Spanish and English) so for this to continue at Nursery, has made a positive impact on her language development, given we don’t have a garden at home the fun outdoor space and ride on toys were a massive hit and the hot lunch was such a favourite of our daughter … we’ve been taking recipe advice to recreate the magic at home (not sure our Green Rice will ever meet the benchmark but we continue to try!). We are excited our daughter is starting a new journey at school. But we’ll miss the drop off excitement of finding out what fun and development activities Fedra has planned and the joyful glimpse of our daughter having fun as we pick her up – our overwhelming sense is gratitude for the time our daughter spent in the safe environment Fedra provides and the efforts to prepare her for “BIG” school. 😊, Thank you x"

Our son has been going to Fedra's for nearly 2 years and he's loved it from day 1. Fedra and her team are wonderful and know how to keep the children busy and stimulated in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The premises are amazing and cater for so many varied activities for the children. He's finally back since the end of confinement and doesn't want to come home when we come to pick him up. You can't get greater approval than that! Highly recommend Fedra to any parent wishing for a warm, caring and safe environment. It's like leaving our son with family.
