My sister is a client of Nina’s and her eyebrows are amazing and so natural looking. I have never had any form of tattoo and I was slightly nervous about having permanent eyebrows. I travelled nearly 3 hours for my appointment with Nina and I can honestly say it was definitely worth the journey. She is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and really passionate about her work. Nina listens to you and she is very informative about her treatment, the procedure and aftercare. She really takes her time to create the perfect brows and gives lots of advice. The surroundings are very comfortable and relaxing. Nina explained everything before, during and after my procedure. I was pleasantly surprised that my procedure was virtually pain free. When Nina had completed my eyebrows, I don’t know who was more excited, me or her. I absolutely love my new eyebrows and would definitely recommend Nina to anyone and everyone. My face looks much brighter now and I am getting so many positive compliments. On leaving, I also received a goody bag which I thought was a lovely personal touch. A couple of days later Nina left me a voice note just asking if I am still happy with my brows. She sent me my before and after photos too. Nina also said that if I have any questions at all, just to contact her. I look forward to going back for my top up and to see the lovely Nina again.
