Popped in with my sister and mum, my sister wanted to see and feel the fabric, she got 3 lots, I got some overlocker threads and a 30inch zip. Lovely lady who was extremely helpful. This was my first time at this shop, I would recommend it!

No question is ever too simple or complicated. They go above and beyond to help. Great range of fabrics and notions … love love love it!

What an absolute shame. I drove here to support a small business instead of a chain. I arrived in the shop and was totally ignored then to make matters worse the member of staff got shirty with me and said it was all my fault and refused to source the item i was looking for.The worst customer service I have had in a very long time. I will go to Hobbycraft from now on.

Had a brilliant day with Vikki and the other ladies on the 'sew your own top' course on Saturday. As a brand new sewer was a little apprehensive but was able to get to know my way around the pattern, sewing machine and fabric to produce and actual wearable top. Vikki is a very patient, knowledgeable tutor who obviously loves her craft and enjoys passing her skills on to others. I highly recommend these courses to anyone who wants to start up a new hobby and will definitely be attending a few more in the near future. Thank you
