Wonderful, wonderful! Dropped in on the off-chance and Jamie was fantastic talking me through what might be good for my issues. Had the BPM (red bed) and float tank experience...all totally relaxing, calming in a very clean and lovley space. I slept like a baby that night!! I will definitely make a point of going back to try the cryotherapy and more. Thank you.

Nimaya Mindstation was a wonderful experience! I am training for a marathon and have had some serious hip & leg pain so I went in for the body revival treatment. It was relaxing and my legs felt so much better after just 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place and am looking forward to trying more of their treatments!

Brilliant place. I’ve been wanting to try a flotation tank for a while to relieve tension in my neck and also to give me some relaxation time away from my demanding job. It completely exceeded my expectations. The float was amazing and I’ve already been back again, providing me with sense of calm and clarity I haven’t had in a long while. It was all really clearly explained to me. I felt safe and reassured that the space was being very professionally run. Everything is super clean and there are towels, showers, hairdryers…everything you could want. I can’t wait to try the extra therapies on offer. 10/10. Just try it!
