I found Nikki through google search and liked the reviews that I had seen. From the moment we spoke Nikki was extremely professional, explaining time frames and expectations, and was the same when we met in person in her unit in Lower Upton. I cant thank Niki enough for the alterations that she did with my dress, both in the initial contact and on the final check, and her charges are extremely good value. Nikki was brilliant from the start - she replied to my email very quickly and was very helpful with when would be the latest we should start work on my dress, as well as providing helpful directions on how to get there. Nikki was very knowledgeable and helpful and I felt like we had known each other for years! Nikki was very reasonably priced - we paid when I collected my dress. Nikki tightened my dress around the waist, tidied the hem a little, added a hook for the train and added a button to the belt. I was very impressed with the quality of her work - I would never have known any work had been done to it and the bustle was added so cleverly! The dress was a little tighter than I expected when I collected it, and Nikki was more than happy to advise me during the appointment and afterwards when I emailed her in a panic. She reassured me it would be ok but that we could loosen it if I wanted. I decided to leave it as it was…turns out she was right, and my dress was perfect on the day! Would definitely recommend.
