Recently I was urgently in need of a plan of a property that I was about to sell as I needed to clarify a boundary that I was amicably sorting out with a neighbour prior to the sale. I had not used Trinity Rose previously but they had come very highly recommended from someone whose recommendation I trusted. After contacting the company Jenny May worked hard to get me fitted in the next day and Nick Arnold came out and discussed/measured the boundary with the neighbours and I. Gary, whom I'm told was going to do the CAD drawing fitted me in and within a couple of days I had my new plan. I can not express my gratitude enough really; rarely do you find a company these busy times that is so friendly, professional and accommodating, I can not praise them enough. I needed a professionally prepared plan at dhort notice and they completely surpassed my expectations. If you are in need of a Surveyor, I Very Highly recommend Trinity Rose.

We used Trinity for a purchase of a Grade 2 listed money pit! They provided a very comprehensive report which covered every aspect. The only issue was the report contained terminology only a person in the business would understand. I had to google some of it and clarify other parts with the surveyor. This was the only reason it’s not 5 stars. Overall a good honest company

Follow up reviews: Following the Google review, the managing director contacted me, apologized and offered to put things right. Hopefully they have improved their services and procedure of handling complaints already. Their managing director does care about their customers and regret about the situation. So, I have updated my review rating to 3 stars as an overall experience. Thanks Richard for getting in touch and putting things right. Original reviews in Dec 2021: I'm utterly disappointed with the service received. I would like to find out if I could knock down a specific internal wall after purchase of the house. I emailed them to ask if they can include that check as part of a survey, I'm happy to pay extra. After understand my requirement, they recommend Building Survey Report, which is next level up from Home Buyer Report, so surveyor can tailor it to my specific needs. They also reassured me that the surveyor will call me to talk through their finding and give me opportunity to ask further questions while it is still fresh in their mind. Then, the report should be with me within 10 working days. None of these promises are fulfilled. Nick did not call me despite multiple chasing up email, phone call and message via portal from day 2 onwards after the survey was taken place. I even email to officially complaint on day 3. He only called me 2 weeks later, says I got a message you want me to call you, what is it about? Upon my request, he skimp on some generic points. Report was late too, it was outside 10 working days. The worst thing is that it did not mention any observation or recommendation of the specific internal wall I asked, which is my very purpose of doing this survey. This is despite I reiterated it multiple times in email with plan view drawing before committed to engage them for the survey work. I also left message in the Portal to emphasize that again. I get replies from both email and portal to confirm that this has been included in the file and it will be looked at. I don't know what more i can do to ensure he does not miss the requirements. I have seen a review before with very similar experience as mine. I thought that was an isolated case. But, this is definitely a real trend. Interestingly, when I go back to look for the review, it has disappeared!? I have been patiently waiting for almost 3 weeks to calm myself down so I can provide a fair evaluation. It is fair to say the surveyor ignore all message and instruction no matter how you communicate or follow up. Sadly, the company management do not seem to take customer complaint seriously. Despite formal complaint emailed through, nothing has been done. I really regretted the decision to engage them for the survey. I would rather they say they can't deliver what I need rather than making the promises and not deliver them. Then, ignore the customer frustrating complaint.
