Service is good because the price is only charged the delivering day based on actual item weight, and very efficent communication with operators (I had to change address and it was very quick and easy to do). Although website has to be improved especially for tthe fresh food (picture and description not matching perfectly with what you get in your bag at the end). I would suggest to buy small amounts of what you are not sure and then buy a bigger piece (i.e.: smoked pancetta).

Absolutely terrible service. I've placed an order for over £80 with this company a month ago. My order was scheduled to be delivered on May the 3rd but I've received an email telling me that it has been delayed without specifying the rescheduled delivery date. I've tried to email and call unsuccessfully as nobody answers. I now understand why it's got so many 1 star rated reviews. At today's date I still don't know where my order is. Save your money, stay away from this dreadful service.
