Love this place. I called a few months ago, as I had a terrible experience at another salon. I was reassured from Leanne, the owner, that she would sort them. And she did!! I have been a few months now, and I’ve never been happier with my nails. I’ve been complemented so many times on how nice my nails look since I started going here. I had also explained to Leanne I usually go for pinks and I wanted a change, she gave some great advice on other colours to try that would look good with my skin tone. I love them. She really knows what she is talking about. She gets so close to the cuticle and is speedy! But speed is not without great service. Always have great chats, and is a very welcoming salon. They remembered I went on holiday, and asked how’s it was. This gave a really personal touch, which is very rare in a city centre salon. Thank you for sorting my nails and the great customer service. Looking forward to my next appointment and trying the next colour! :) Services: Nail designs, Gel manicures, Nail extensions, Nail polish changes, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Nail painting

had my first acrylic extensions put here and after having them redone somewhere else, I can say I'm not impressed. the nails were not placed far enough and part of the nail bed was visible, they also looked wonky in places. i also didn't like the experience; I requested a sparkly red and was told it would look too christmasy. Also, felt like I had to apologise for asking questions.

Honestly these ladies have been nothing but wonderful ever since I started coming here over two years ago. They’re professional and are amazing at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for giving us some semblance of normalcy when everything else was changing during the pandemic. I can’t recommend them enough. Service: Manicure

Been coming to this salon for the best part of 10 years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls are friendly, professional and my nails always look 10/10, I always receive so many compliments. Clients are always made to feel at home and nothing is ever any trouble for the staff

I came here 2 weeks ago to get acrylic nails with gel. The staff were nice and friendly however i was slightly disappointed with the quality of my nails. The design was what i wanted but i left the salon with 5 of my cuticles covered in cuts and were sore. My appointment felt very rushed as there wasn’t very much preparation done before applying the tips, it was just a quick file over and then glued on the tips and put on the acrylic. However all of my nails have held up well and are still on. I paid £43 for a set of clear acrylic nails with a simple white swirl design which i feel was slightly overpriced compared to where i’ve been befor. I would still recommend coming here just perhaps take this into consideration before booking. Service: Manicure
